I begun this page to provide my offerings of Yoga, Specialist circles and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

That was 7 years ago and my offerings have grown since then.

A snippet about my offerings... 

After practicing yoga on and off for many years prior, I felt that the time was right to do so more frequently, to expand my knowledge and capabilities…. and here we are.

I hope to share my gratitude and passion for yoga & other practices by the way in which I teach - wanting others to connect with themselves on a mental, physical and spiritual level, integrating these practices in a way that feels open and intuitive & gives you the tools to discover your own voice.
