Returning to our balance within...

Just five days from when our gathering takes place we will be stepping into the season of Libra.

Libra is one of the most feminie & fluid signs of the zodiac (a personal favourite as I am a Libra) I thought it would be lovely for us to look deeper into this sign of harmony, rebalancing & beauty as well as the element of air to carry us through the next season. 

As we delve into Libra I will also be adding a little section around cyclical living. 

How we can track & live by our menstrual/moon cycle.

How we work, play, our emotions are all guided by our menstrual cycle, so with that we will be looking at each season, when is the best time for us to be putting ourselves out into the world/when we should be turning inward & taking rest
